摘要
目的:探讨胸腺五肽联合左氧氟沙星治疗复治菌阳性肺结核的效果及对PCT、hs-CRP和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取笔者所在科室2017年1月-2018年7月收治的复治菌阳性肺结核患者82例,按照入院先后顺序均分为分析组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗联合左氧氟沙星胶囊,分析组在对照组基础上配合胸腺五肽,比较两组治疗前后PCT、hs-CRP和T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后分析组病灶吸收率、痰菌转阴率、空洞闭合缩小率及临床症状改善率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组PCT、hs-CRP、CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+均较治疗前改善,且分析组改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予复治菌阳性肺结核患者胸腺五肽配合左氧氟沙星治疗,可提高临床效果,缓解炎症症状,增强免疫力,有助于身体恢复,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Thymopentin combined with Levofloxacin in treating re-treated bacteriological positive pulmonary tuberculosis and the effect on PCT,hs-CRP and T lymphocyte subsets.Method:A total of 82 patients with re-treated bacteriological positive pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our department from January 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the analysis group and the control group according to the order of admission.The control group received routine treatment combined with Levofloxacin Capsules,and the analysis group received Thymopentin on the basis of the control group.The changes of PCT,hs-CRP and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,lesion absorption rate,sputum negative conversion rate,cavity closure reduction rate and clinical symptom improvement rate in the analysis group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PCT,hs-CRP,CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ improved in both groups compared with before treatment,and the improvement of the analysis group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thymopentin combined with Levofloxacin in patients with re-treated bacteriological positive pulmonary tuberculosis can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate inflammation symptoms,enhance immunity and help the body recover.It is worthy of clinical application.
