摘要
通过ASTM D5470标准对稳态法导热系数的测量进行深入分析,针对不同类型的常见导热材料,根据厚度差异、硬度差异等,设定不同的测试压力,进行相应预处理等;对常规导热垫片采用最小二乘法测得拟合导热系数,同时对采用表面处理或增强基材的导热材料采用ABB法或向下压缩法测得有效拟合数据;结合导热系数和热阻的优劣进行分析,并对长期老化后的热性能波动进行简易测定。
Measure thermal conductivity and impedance in accordance with ASTM D5470 standard, setting designated clamping pressure or pretreatment of specimens based on its thickness and hardness;Specimens shall be stacked to get 3 different thickness, for surface coating or fiberglass reinforced silicon elastomers,using ABB Method or Compressing Method,then compute the alternative thermal conductive by using least mean squares or linear regression analysis instead of apparent one;To check for stability of specimens, several testing tools and methods are suggested to examine the fluctuation of life-long thermal impedance.
