特厚硬煤下分层工作面两端头压架原因及预防 被引量:1

摘要 大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井在1-2煤复合区回采过程中,下分层工作面两端头在过上分层联巷位置时矿压显现强烈、多次造成压架事故。为探究事故发生的原因并有针对性地制定预防措施,以12下206-1综放工作面为例,从顶板结构的角度出发,对特厚硬煤下分层综放面两端头矿压显现强烈的原因进行分析。在明确地质条件、开采方法、巷道布置和支护的基础上,结合下分层工作面矿压显现情况,通过顶板结构假设和压力计算,分析了压架原因并采取了相应的安全技术措施。实践表明,根据分析结果制定的现场预防压架措施取得了符合要求的控制效果。 In the mining process of No.1-2 coal compound area in Huojitu mine of Daliuta coal mine,the mine pressure at both ends of the lower slicing working face appeared strong when the working face passing through the connecting roadway of upper slice,which causes many times of support crushing accidents.Taking No.12-206-1 fully mechanized caving face as an example,based the geological conditions,mining methods,roadway layout and support method,combined with the mine pressure appearance of the lower slicing working face,through the roof structure assumption and pressure calculation,the causes of support crushing accident was analyzed,and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward.The practice shows that the proposed measures to prevent support crushing have achieved good results.
