摘要
实时案例教学是以社会公众身边正在发生的各类案例为材料开展的课堂教学活动,本文以保险法课程为例,探讨如何运用实时案例教学方法取得良好的教学效果。在保险法课程实时案例教学中,要注重恰当选择案例,确保案例的相关性、代表性、生动性、时效性与导向性,在教学组织与实施过程中,悉心准备案例材料、正确引导课堂讨论、及时总结教学中的成效与不足,以确保取得良好的教学效果。
Real-time case teaching is a classroom teaching activity based on various cases happening around the public.This paper takes the course of Insurance Law as an example to discuss how to use real-time case teaching method to achieve good teaching results.In the real-time case teaching of Insurance Law,we should pay attention to the proper selection of cases to ensure the relevance,representativeness,vividness,timeliness and orientation of cases.In the process of teaching organization and implementation,we should prepare case materials carefully,guide classroom discussions correctly,and summarize the effectiveness and shortcomings in teaching in time so as to ensure good teaching effect.
