电磁空间作战需要战场频谱管理与电子战的深度融合 被引量:9

摘要 战场电磁频谱管理与电子战虽然是两个相对独立的专业方向,但随着电磁空间作战的发展,要求这两个方向进行融合的呼声也越来越强。针对这一趋势,在对和平时期电磁频谱管理的作用简要概述的基础上,指出了在现代战争中交战状态下频谱管理所面临的新问题,并借鉴美军历史上几次局部战争中的用频示例与经验,从民事与军事的配合、战场电磁态势呈现、泛在电磁频谱监测、电磁目标敌我属性判别、战场动态用频与电子战战斗管理等多个方面,阐释了在电磁空间作战中战场频谱管理与电子战深度融合的必要性、重要性与可行性,从而为这两个专业方向的融合发展提供了重要参考。 Although battlefield spectrum management and electronic warfare are relatively independent professionaldirection,their mergence is more and more strongly required with the development of electromagneticspace operations.After the role of spectrum management during peacetime is briefly summarized,the newproblems about spectrum management during wartime in the modern warfare are pointed out.The lessons aredrawn from the experience of spectrum management in several local wars in the history of the United States army.The necessity,importance and feasibility of the deep mergence of battlefield spectrum management and electronicwarfare in electromagnetic space operations are explained from several aspects,including the cooperationof civil and military affairs,the presentation of battlefield electromagnetic situation,ubiquitous spectrummonitoring,identification of friend or foe attributes of electromagnetic targets,dynamic spectrum utilizationand combat management in electronic warfare.It is an important reference for the mergence and developmentof these two professional directions.
