详细介绍了黄铜制品表面处理过程中以无黄烟光亮酸洗-超低铬钝化工艺取代传统的三酸洗-高铬钝化工艺的可行性;化学抛光,超低铬钝化的机理;工艺规范及钝化膜的主要性能和达到的质量指标;及该工艺的社会效益和经济效益。
This paper introduces in detail the possibility for replacing the conventional “Three Acid Picklings”＆ high chrome passivation with fogless brigtening acid pickling ＆ ultra-low chrome passivation in the process of surface treatment of brass workpieces. In addition, it introduces the mechanisms of the chemical finish and ultra-low chrome passivation, the technological specifications, the main performance of passivated film and the quality index reached, as well as the social benefit and economic benefit.
