摘要
研究了六价铬对聚合乳胶的交联作用、提高耐水性的原因以及对成漆防锈性能的影响。实验考察了六价铬与聚合乳胶成膜的交联度、耐水性的关系和不同Cr/Fe比、固化条件对涂层的防锈性、附着力、冲击强度、韧性等的影响。
The cross linking function of six-valence chromic ion with emulsion polymer is studied, the reason for improving the water resistance as well as the effect of sixvalence chromic ion on the anti-rust performance of the finished paint are inspected, the relation of six-valence chromic ion to the cross-effect and water resistance of emulsion polymer film is discussed and the effect of Cr/Fe ratio and curing conditions on the anti-rust properties, adhesion, impact strength and flexibility of the film is reviewed.
