摘要
目的 总结用前臂区游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的经验及远期疗效观察。方法 对我科 13 1例前臂区游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损病例进行临床分析 ,并对其中 3 7例病人进行了 0 .5～ 18年的随访观察。结果 前臂区游离皮瓣具有许多符合口腔颌面部修复要求的优点。本组 13 1例成功率 99.2 4% ,共吻合动、静脉分别为 13 1条和 2 5 3条。随访观察供、受区恢复良好 ,部分患者皮瓣感觉有所恢复。结论 前臂区游离皮瓣是一种多功能的优良皮瓣 ,适合修复口腔颌面部各个区域的软组织缺损 。
Objective To summarize the experience in the repair of oral and maxillofacial defects by forearm free flap and its long term effect. Methods The clinical records of 131 cases of forearm free flap for the oral and maxillofacial reconstruction were summed up and analyzed. A follow up observation for 0.5 to 18 years was evaluated. Results There were many advantages of using forearm free flap in oral and maxillofacial reconstruction. In this group, the overall success rate was 99.24% with anastomosed arteries and veins 131 and 253, respectively. The long term effect showed satisfactory supply region and receive region as well as sensory recovery in some cases. Conclusion The forearm free flap is a multifunctional flap with good texture suitable to be used to repair soft tissue defects in various oral and maxcillofacial regions, and with good long term effect.
