摘要
目的探讨胃镜下食管曲张静脉套扎术后的最早可进食时间。方法把 10 0例行胃镜下食管曲张静脉套扎术后的病人按进食时间的早、晚随机分成两组 ,一组为术后 8h开始进食 ,另一组为按临床传统进食习惯 ,于术后 16～ 2 4h再开始进食。并对两组病例术后 2周之内是否有出血情况进行调查。结果术后 8h开始进食组出血率为 6 % ,术后 16～ 2 4h开始进食组出血率为 10 % ,经统计学分析两组差异无显著意义。结论胃镜下食管曲张静脉套扎术后早期进食是安全的 。
Objective To discuss the earliest time for taking food while patients had undergone endoscopic variceal ligation.Methods 100 patients were divided randomly into two groups by the time for taking food after endoscopic variceal ligation,one group begin to eat after 8 hours,the other one begin after 16～24 hours according to the traditional method ,and whether patients appear blooding in 2 weeks behind operation was investigated.Results the rate of hemorrhage in the group which begins to eat after 8 hours behind operation is 6%,but in the group which begins after 16～24 hours is 10%.ConclusionTaking food earlier after endoscopic variceal ligation is safe and feasible.
