摘要
目的 评价玻璃体视网膜手术治疗眼外伤无光感眼的效果。方法 对 11例 (11只眼 )外伤后的无光感眼行玻璃体视网膜手术 ,并观察其疗效。随诊 6～ 2 4个月 ,平均 11个月。结果 在11例外伤后无光感眼中 ,7例恢复了光感或光感以上的视力。 4例仍无光感 ,其中 1例行眼球摘除。眼外伤后无光感的主要原因为严重的屈光间质混浊、视网膜脱离、破损及脉络膜水肿。
Objective To assess the efficacy of surgical treatment for traumatized eyes with no light perception (NLP). Method We performed surgical treatment of vitrectomy on 11 eyes with NLP of 11 patients. The patients with LP or more than LP after the operations were followed up from 6 to 24 months (mean, 11 months). Results Postoperatively, 7 of 11 patients had visual acuities of light perception to 0.2. Four remained NLP, in which one had enucleation. Conclusions The serious opacity of refractive media, the damaged or detached retina and the choroid edema are the main reasons of NLP. Some patients of NLP may get some visual acuities after surgical treatment of vitrectomy.
