摘要
微波加热具有节能环保性,加热速度快,而且温度分布均衡,效率明显较高。但工业微波炉在运转的时候,内部始终处于高电磁干扰的状态下,普通电子温度传感器根本无法正常运作,为了有效解决这一难题,对微波加热系统设计进行优化,通过采用非接触式测温传感器,使得工业微波炉正常工作的可靠性与稳定性得到了显著提升。
Microwave heating has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection,fast speed,balanced temperature distribution and high efficiency. However,when the industrial microwave oven is in operation,its interior is always in the state of high electromagnetic interference,and the ordinary electronic temperature sensor can not operate normally. In order to solve this problem effectively,the design of microwave heating system is optimized. By using non-contact temperature sensor,the reliability and stability of industrial microwave oven in normal operation are greatly improved.
