摘要
我国社会经济的快速发展,带来了基建行业规模扩大、发展增速的新局面,工程物资与设备管理在公路、水利、水电等施工工程中都是至关重要的,物资设备管理的能力综合反映了企业的管理能力和素质。企业资源计划即ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,以下简称ERP)是基于信息技术和系统化管理思想的管理平台,其主要目的是为企业决策层级员工提供决策运行的手段。企业资源计划在企业物资设备管理中的应用,能够实现物资的全过程管理。本文分别对现阶段工程物资管理和设备管理展开分析,总结现存的不足和问题,并针对性地提出建议和对策,为管理实践提供理论参考。
The rapid development of China’s social economy has brought about a new situation in the scale of infrastructure construction and the growth of infrastructure. Engineering materials and equipment management are crucial in construction projects such as roads, water conservancy, hydropower, etc. The comprehensive ability reflects the management ability and quality of the enterprise. Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) is a management platform based on information technology and systematic management ideas. Its main purpose is to provide decision-making operations for enterprise decision-making employees. The application of enterprise resource planning in enterprise material equipment management can realize the whole process management of materials. This paper analyzes the current engineering materials management and equipment management, summarizes the existing deficiencies and problems, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to provide theoretical reference for management practice.
