摘要
目的分析肺癌疾病诊断中采取血清肿瘤标志物CYFRA21-1、NES、CEA、CA125 4项联检的临床应用价值。方法该次选择2017年4月—2019年1月该院收治62例肺癌患者为观察组研究对象,选择同期于该院接受体检的健康者62名为对照组研究对象,均接受血清标志物CYFRA21-1、NSE、CEA、CA125 4项检查,分析并比较两组患者血清肿瘤标志物各项指标差异,记录并计算观察组不同癌变类型患者血清肿瘤标志物阳性检出率。结果观察组患者CYFRA21-1指标、NSE指标、CEA指标、CA125指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肺腺癌患者血清CEA阳性检出率(70.00%)、CA125阳性检出率(60.00%)高于其他癌病变患者,肺鳞癌患者血清CYFRA21-1阳性检出率(70.83%)高于其他癌病变患者,肺小细胞癌患者血清NSE阳性检出率(61.11%)高于其他癌病变患者,4项指标联合检测检出率明显高于单一指标检出率,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=29.72、4.29、4.41、8.00,P<0.05)。结论临床通过检测血清标志物CYFRA21-1、NSE、CEA、CA125可判定肺癌疾病类型,且4项指标联合检测准确率更高,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of four joint tests of serum tumor markers CYFRA21-1, NES, CEA and CA125 in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods From April 2017 to January 2019, 62 patients with lung cancer were enrolled in the observation group. 62 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in this hospital were selected as the control group. All of them received the serum marker CYFRA21-1, NSE, CEA, CA125 four examinations, analysis and comparison of the differences between the two groups of serum tumor markers, record and calculate the positive detection rate of serum tumor markers in patients with different cancer types in the observation group. Results In the observation group, the CYFRA21-1 index, NSE index, CEA index and CA125 index were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive rate of serum CEA (70.00%) and CA125 positive detection rate in patients with lung adenocarcinoma ( 60.00%) higher than other cancer patients, the positive detection rate of serum CYFRA21-1 in patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma (70.83%) is higher than other cancer patients, the positive detection rate of serum NSE in patients with small cell lung cancer (61.11%), higher than Other Cancer Patients. In other cancer patients, the detection rate of the combined detection of the four indicators was significantly higher than the detection rate of the single index,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=29.72, 4.29, 4.41, 8.00, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical detection of serum markers CYFRA21-1, NSE, CEA, CA125 can determine the type of lung cancer, and the combined detection accuracy of the four indicators is higher, which is worthy of popularization and application.
