摘要
为了进一步提高镁合金钒/锆复合转化膜的耐蚀性,在优化后的钒锆酸盐转化液体系中加入添加剂钼酸钠。分别采用电化学工作站、扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析仪检测膜层耐蚀性、微观形貌及组成成分。实验证明,加入添加剂后,转化膜耐蚀性得到很大提升,钼酸钠改变了转化膜的形貌并使得晶粒进一步细化,膜层更加致密均匀。加入4g/L钼酸钠的钒/锆复合转化膜的腐蚀电位正移至-1.4131V,腐蚀电流降至1.107×10^-5A,极化电阻增大到7503Ω,盐雾腐蚀时间9h。
In order to further improve the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy vanadium/zir. conate conversion coating,additive Na2MoO4 was added to the optimized vanadium zirconate conversion system .The corrosion resistance,micro-morphology and composition of the film were measured using an electrochemical workstation,a scanning electron microscope and an energy spectrum analyzer. Experi. ments show that after adding additives,the corrosion resistance of the conversion coating is greatly im. proved,Na2MoO4 changes the morphology of the conversion film and further refines the grains,and make the coating layer more dense and uniform. The corrosion potential of the vanadium/zirconate con. version coating with 4 g/L Na2MoO4 was moved to -1.4131 V. The corrosion current decreased to 1.107×10^-5 A,the polarization resistance increased to 7503 Ω,and the salt spray corrosion time increased to 9 hours.
