摘要
为探索健康服务与管理专业实践教学体系构建,本文介绍了我国健康服务与管理专业的开设现状,从专业实践教学目标、教学内容、教学形式和经费保障等层面分析了目前专业实践教学体系建设中存在的问题,并结合我国健康服务业的发展特点,探讨了多元化教育理念视角下健康服务与管理专业实践教学体系构建的初步思路。
In order to explore the construction of practice teaching system for health service and management specialty,this paper introduces the present situation of setting up health service and management specialty in China, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of practice teaching system for health service and management specialty from the aspects of practice teaching goal,teaching content,teaching form and financial guarantee,and combines with the health of our country.The development characteristics of service industry are discussed,and the preliminary idea of constructing the practice teaching system of health service and management specialty from the perspective of diversified education concept is discussed.
