摘要
缺少团队精神、纪律涣散、崇尚个人英雄主义和没有责任心是高校学生干部团队建设目前存在的主要问题。组建高校学生干部团队的意义在于发挥团队作用,提高办事效率,促进干部成员的自身发展。提出了组建学生干部团队的有效措施,如树立共同的奋斗目标,做好团队培训工作,制定责任共担原则,打造积极向上的舆论氛围,完善学生干部的考核机制,加强思想教育建设工作,培养学生干部的自治能力,完善培训体系。
Lack of team spirit,lax discipline,advocating personal heroism and no sense of responsibility are the current main problems of college student cadre team. The significance of setting up a team of student cadres in colleges and universities lies in giving full play to the role of the team,improving the efficiency of the work and promoting the development of the cadres themselves. The effective measures to set up the student cadres team are put forward,such as setting up a common goal,doing a good job in team training,formulating the principle of shared responsibility,creating a positive atmosphere of public opinion,improving the evaluation mechanism of student cadres,strengthening ideological education,cultivating the autonomy of student cadres,and improving the training system.
