摘要
[目的/意义]稷下学宫建于齐桓公时,是战国时期的最高学府和资政询议的重要平台。在稷下学宫长达150多年的发展历程中,形成了其独特的办学风格和特色。其中,稷下模式的独立性在当时历史环境下是具有超前意识的,也是稷下学宫能成为战国时期最高学府的重要原因之一。[方法/过程]本文对稷下学宫独立性在其运营和管理方面的体现做了简要的梳理和介绍。[结果 /结论 ]通过对稷下模式独立性具体表现的列举,总结稷下学宫作为初代古代思想库的优秀管理经验,这些对现代智库建设具有重要的参考价值和实践意义。
[Purpose/significance] Jixia Academy, set up in Qi dynasty in Warring States Period, is considered as the highest educational institution and the important platform for political consultation at that time. During its more than 150 years of history, Jiaixia Academy has formed its exclusive style and characteristics. Among those outstanding characteristics, its independence is ahead of the time, which is also considered as the important reason for it to be the top institute in Warring States Period.[Method/process] This paper briefly reviews and introduces the role of the independence of Jixia Academy in its operation and management.[Result/conclusion] Based on the specific manifestations of the independence of Jixia Academy, this paper summarizes its excellent management experience as an ancient think tank, which has important reference value and practical significance for the modern think tanks construction.
