摘要
高职院校思政课教师与辅导员角色互构有利于增强大学生思想政治教育的理论化与实效性,有利于思政课教师队伍"年轻化"与辅导员队伍"中年化"。当前,高职院校思政课教师与辅导员在角色互构方面存在缺乏互构意识、相关制度弱化等问题。通过落实顶层设计,进行校内制度改革,从体制上规范思政课教师与辅导员角色互构内容等方式,实现思政课教师与辅导员"跨界"发展与育人。
The role communication between the ideological teachers and the counselors is conducive to enhancing the theory and effectiveness of ideological education of college students, and it is beneficial to the complementarities of expe. rience between them. Nowadays, there are some problems in the role communication between the ideological teachers and the counselors, such as ideal and weak system in universities.
