摘要
网络社群意见的表达彰显了网络公共领域从虚拟到现实的空间整合,有效推动了网络公共事件的进程,彰显了公民的表达自由权。网络社群是虚拟空间的产物,在社网络社群化、社会组织的去实体化等方面与公共议题产生了一定的融合。网络社群的意见表达有其特定的现实图景和特殊价值存在。无论是理念还是行动,网络社群的意见表达和道德底线皆受到伦理的拷问。诚然,对网络伦理的评判具有正向推动和反向退缩的双重作用。因此,网民在公共空间表达意愿时必须恪守既有的现实伦理原则,唯有构建由理念到共识的网络集体行动秩序,引领由线下到线上的社会主义核心价值观,不断完善由底部到上层的网络表达行为边界,才能确保从建章到立制网络伦理规范的实现。
The expression of the opinions of the network community highlights the spatial integration of the network public sphere from virtual to real, effectively promotes the process of the network public events, and highlights the citizens' right to freedom of expression. Network community is the product of virtual space, which has a certain integration with the real public issues in the aspects of social network community, social organization de-entity and so on. The expression of opinions of network community has its specific realistic prospect and existence of special value. Whether in concept or action, the expression of opinions and the moral bottom line of the network community are all subject to ethical torture. Admittedly, the evaluation of network ethics has the dual functions of positive promotion and retreat. Therefore, netizens must abide by the existing principles when expressing their wishes in public space. Only by constructing a network collective action order from idea to consensus, leading the socialist core values from the bottom to the online, and constantly improving the network expression behavior boundary from the bottom to the top, can we realize the network ethical norms from the establishment of rules to the establishment of systems.
