摘要
目的探讨心胆同治针刺治疗少阳头痛的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月～2018年1月阳江市人民医院康复理疗中心收治的116例少阳头痛患者,按照随机抽签原则分为两组,每组58例。对照组应用局部取穴为主针刺治疗,观察组应用心经加胆经取穴针刺治疗。治疗3周后,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗3周后,两组患者的VAS评分均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为87.9%,显著高于对照组的75.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.887,P=0.0021)。结论心胆同治针刺治疗少阳头痛能较好地改善患者的头痛症状,效果肯定,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of simultaneous treatment of heart and gallbladder meridian for acupuncture treating shaoyang headache.Methods All of 116 patients with shaoyang headache treated by Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Center in Yangjiang People′s Hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were selected.They were divided into the two groups with 58 cases in each group according to the principle of random drawing lots.The control group was treated with local acupoints for acupuncture while the observation group was treated with simultaneous treatment of heart and gallbladder meridian for acupuncture.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.887,P=0.0021).Conclusion Simultaneous treatment of heart and gallbladder meridian for acupuncture treating shaoyang headache can better improve the headache symptoms of patients,the effect is affirmative,and it is worth promoting.
