摘要
介绍了一种VHF波段全固态大功率行发射机的设计,对发射机的系统组成、数字收发模块、前级功放组件、末级功放组件等关键技术展开了详细的阐述。为了提高天线的合成效率和波束指向精度,设计中采用了基于数字收发的幅相校正技术,保证了发射机每行输出幅度和相位的高度一致性。
A kind of VHF-band solid-state parallel transmitter is introduced.The design of the transmitter is described in detail in terms of the key problems,such as system configuration,digital transceiver module,front stage power module,final stage power module and so on.In order to improve the synthesis efficiency and beam-steering accuracy for the antenna units,amplitude and phase correction is utilized in transmitter based on the digital transceiver technology,which enables excellent consistency of the amplitudes and phases for transmitter output signals.
