摘要
随着社会的发展和医疗技术的进步,越来越多老年人接受手术治疗,术后认知功能障碍(POCD)的发生也越来越多。对术后认知功能障碍评估的方法多样化,但目前没有哪一种方法能对术后认知功能障碍确切的诊断。本文对各种方法的的使用范围和优缺点做以及常用的认知功能评价量表做一综述,以便对认知功能评价量表的选择和使用提供参考。
With the development of society and the advances in medical technology,more and more elderly patients undergo surgery,which leads to more and more cases of postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD).The diagnosis of POCD depends on the neuropsychological tests.Many tests can be used to diagnose POCD,but few of them can make an accurate diagnosis.This paper expounds the scope,advantages,and disadvantages of different methods and reviews the common scales for POCD evaluation in order to provide a reference for the selection and use of cognitive function evaluation scales.
