摘要
目的探讨芬吗通对宫腔粘连患者宫腔分离术后内膜修复作用。方法选择2016年8月~2017年3月期间在本院行宫腔分离术的72例宫腔粘连患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。两组患者均顺利完成宫腔分离术,对照组术后采用补佳乐治疗,观察组术后采用芬吗通治疗,比较两组患者治疗前、后宫腔粘连程度变化,并观察两组术后内膜修复情况。结果治疗后,观察组轻度宫腔粘连占比显著高于对照组,组间差异(P<0.05);观察组中度和重度宫腔粘连患者占比略低于对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后术前2周、术后4周、术后8周、术后12周子宫内膜厚度均显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芬吗通对宫腔粘连患者宫腔分离术后内膜修复作用较好,且可辅助提高手术治疗,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of femoston on endometrial repair after intrauterine isolation in patients with intrauterine adhesions.Methods In this study,72patients with intrauterine adhesions were selected from August2016to March2017as the subjects of study,randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with36cases.Patients in two groups were successfully completed intrauterine separation.In the control group,patients were treated with progynova after operation,while patients in observation group were treated with femoston.Compare the degree of adhesion between two groups of patients before and after treatment,and observe the postoperative intimal repair of the two groups.Results After treatment,the percentage of mild intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The proportion of patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but no significant difference(P>0.05).Endometrial thickness in two groups was compared after4weeks,8weeks and12weeks The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Femoston can improve the intimal repair after intrauterine isolation in patients with intrauterine adhesions,and it can help to improve the surgical treatment.The clinical application value is high.
