知识经济的到来深刻影响着企业的管理 .本文论述了传统的制造企业如何在知识经济时代面对知识的竞争 ,面向知识经济变革管理 ,改善企业的管理体制 ,提高企业的竞争力 .
Enterprise management has been greatly influenced by today's knowledge economy. This paper discusses, in knowledge economy era, traditional manufacturing enterprise how to face knowledge competition and reform management of knowledge economy, and how to improve enterprise's management system and competitive ability.
