摘要
钢零件焊后,冷却速度的快慢直接影响焊接质量,预热是降低冷却速度的一种手段。作为钢的固有特性是临界冷却速度,本文分析了影响临界冷却速度的因素即钢件的初始温度即焊前预热温度,并对预热温度确定的四种方法进行了分析比较,得出它们的适用条件,以期通过选择合适的预热温度提高焊接质量。
After steel parts are welded, the cooling speed directly affects the quality of welding. The preheating is a means of decreasing the speed in cooling. But the steel抯 unique character is critical cooling speed. In this article, the factors that affect the critical cooling speed — the temperature before welding are analyzed. In addition, the four methods used to determine the preheating temperature were researched too. By doing this, the author wants to improve the welding quality by properly choosing the preheating temperature.
