摘要
利用外引不育基因材料与国内优良自交系体细胞杂交 ,经过基因重组 ,利用回交转育、田间选择选育出S型雄性胞质不育系ST0 3 9,具有不育化程度高、遗传稳定、抗逆性强、综合性状好、配合力高等特点 ,并实现了掺合型和恢复型三系配套 2种模式的应用方式 ,育成了完全不育杂交组合ST618,强恢复型杂交组合ST5 0 1,它的利用将成为玉米制种业发展和玉米增产增效的
Somatic hybridization was conducted between the sterile materials introduced from abroad and some good domestic inbred lines.The S-type male cytoplasmic sterile line-ST039 was selected through the gene recombination and backcross selection.It had the good character such as the higher sterility,genetic stability,high resistance to stress,good morphology and higher combining ability.The use of mixed and restoring type matching of three lines also was possible,and the complete sterile combination-ST618 and strong restoring combination-ST501 were selected.The use of ST039 will be an important material in seed production and increasing yield and efficiency of corn production.
