摘要
本文用石蜡切片和PAP免疫组织化学技术,对大鼠心内神经节细胞进行了观察。结果发现,在心房壁内除存在大量降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)免疫反应阳性神经纤维外,尚有少数CGRP免疫反应阳性神经细胞。本文提示,心内除有外源性的CGRP免疫活性神经纤维外,也可能有内源性纤维。一般认为,CGRP是与感觉功能有关的肽类物质。因此,这种心内的CGRP免疫活性神经细胞,可能是一种感觉性神经元。
The intrinsic cardiac ganglion neurons were studied with immunohistochemical PAP technique for localization of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in this paper. The result showed that there are many CGRP immunoreactive nerve fibers and a few CGRP immunoreactive neurons within the atrial wall. This fact suggest that CGRP immunoreactive fibere in the heart originate not only from extrinsic cardiac ganglia, but also from intrinsic cardiac ganglia. It is well known that CGRP is closely related to sensory function, and therefore, these CGRP immunoreactive neurons probably be sensory in nature. This result provide some new morphological evidences for identifing the intrinsic cardiac reflex pathway.
