摘要
人是生产过程中最活跃、最积极、最富有创造性的因素。中国大陆地区人力资源与经济发展水平的模型分析表明,为促进经济社会的可持续发展,必须树立人才战略意识,加大教育投入,吸引海外人才,转移剩余劳动力,加强两岸四地人才整合。
People are the most active,most positive and most creative factor in prod uction process.The analysis of the h uman re-sources and economic development mo del in China's Mainland shows that,in o rder to promote sustainable economi c and social development,it is imperativ e to build up talent strategy awareness,increase input into education,a ttract overseas talent,shift surplus labor,and str engthen the integration of talent ac ross the Strait of Taiwan.
