摘要 排斥反应、严重的供体器官短缺、免疫抑制剂的副作用是阻碍器官移植发展的重要因素。基因治疗通过调控受者的免疫反应或者诱导免疫耐受 ,有潜力防止排斥反应。通过细胞基因调控和创建异种转基因动物 ,可能解决供体器官来源有限的问题。
