摘要
住宅开发市场的日臻完善客观上要求建立顾客满意度测评体系。针对住宅开发涉及的产品/服务指标,介绍了CSI测评体系的构建过程,并通过该测评体系的实地运用,量化顾客满意程度,真实地再现了顾客满意概况。
As the gradual improvement of housing development market,it is objectively required to establish the custom satisfaction index(CSI)evaluation system.In accordance with the target of porducts and services relating to housing development,the establishment of CSI evaluation system is introduced.The pracitcal use of this system can quantify the degree of custom satisfaction and reflect its condition.
