摘要
为了研究不同类型聚合物溶液在多孔介质中的渗流规律,测定了聚丙烯酰胺溶液和黄原胶溶液在流变仪中的流变性和不同浓度、注入速度及岩心渗透率条件下通过多孔介质的流变性和残余阻力系数。研究结果表明,随浓度增加,聚丙烯酰胺溶液的体相粘度、表观粘度和残余阻力系数增加,衰竭层厚度减小;黄原胶溶液的体相粘度增加,浓度高于缠结浓度时,残余阻力系数随浓度的增加而增加,但衰竭层厚度和表观粘度的变化幅度不大。注入速度增加时,两种聚合物溶液的衰竭层厚度都降低,聚丙烯酰胺溶液的残余阻力系数不变,粘弹性增加,黄原胶溶液的残余阻力系数下降。
In order to study the flow laws of various polymer solutions in porous media,rheological behavious in a rheometer and in porous media as well as residual resistance factors are measured for both HPAM solution and Xanthan solution with different concentrations,injecting speeds and core permeabilities.The results show that with the concen-tration increase of HPAM solution,the bulk viscosities,the apparent viscosities and the residual resistance factors in-crease,depleted layer thickness decreases.With the concentration increase of Xanthan solution,the bulk viscosities in-crease,but residual resistance factors increase only when the concentrations are above overlap concentration,and in this case the depleted layer thickness and the apparent viscosities do not vary much.The depleted layer thickness of two types of polymers decrease with injecting speed increase.The residual resistance factors of HPAM solution do not vary and viscoelasticities increase.However,the residual resistance factors of Xanthan solution decrease.
