摘要
用X 射线光电子能谱法分析了色素炭黑、常压无载气热解炭黑、酸洗后回收炭黑的表面化学性质 ,得到了三种不同炭黑的表面元素组成及元素结合状况 .发现色素炭黑表面基团主要有C—H、C—OH、CO和COOH等 ,而热解炭黑、酸洗炭黑表面则含有较多酯基、链烃接枝 .热解炭黑具有不同于色素炭黑的特殊表面特性 ,回收炭黑的表面极性比色素炭黑表面极性要低 ,该特性增加了回收炭黑的表面亲油性能 .作为一种新型炭黑应用到橡胶。
X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to study surface characteristics of pigment carbon black(BP)、pyrolytic carbon black(CBP) and acid washed carbon black(WCBP). The results showed that C—H、C—OH、CO and COOH are the major carbon functional component on the surface of BP, but on the surface of CBP and WCBP there are more ester and hydrocarbon graft. The surface polarity of CBP is lower than that of BP which increases the surface oil\|affinity. To be a filler of rubber and printing ink pyrolytic carbon black may disperse better than others.
