摘要
目的 对胃肠间质肿瘤进行影像诊断分析。方法 5例胃肠间质瘤中 ,3例行胃肠造影 ,1例行小肠造影 ,2例行CT检查 ,2例行超声检查 ,3例行胃镜检查。结果 影像学检查发现胃贲门、胃体上部、胃底后壁、空肠、回肠间质瘤各 1例 ,均经手术病理证实为胃肠间质瘤。 2例免疫组化S 10 0 (+ ) ,Vim (+ ) ,Des(+ )。 1例CD3 4(+ ) ,PCNA(-) ,p5 3 (-)。结论 常规X线检查对照内镜检查是发现和诊断本病的主要手段 ,对胃肠道外侵犯的肿瘤选择应用CT。
Objective To analyse the imagings of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). Methods In five cases of GIST, small bowel enema in 1 case, gastrointestinal radiograhy in 3 cases, CT examination in 2 cases, utrasonography in 2 cases, gastroscope in 3 cases were performed. Results Through imageologic examinations, GIST of pars carcliaca, corpus ventriculi pariesposterir wall of fundus, jejunum and ileum were discovered respectively. All cases were proved by operation and pathologic examination. Two cases were made immunohistochemical examination: S 100(+), Vim(+), Des(+). One case was CD34(+),PCNA(-),p53(-). Conclusion Coventional X ray examination of gastrointestinal tract, combined with endoscopic examination is still the main method for discovering and diagnosing stromal tumors. CT is selectively useful for extragastrointestinal invasion.
