摘要
考察了几种液体和固体酸催化剂的酯化反应性能,筛选出合成十八碳烯酸甲酯反应性能较好的固体酸催化剂。重点讨论了催化剂的活化温度、醇酸配料比、吸水剂用量、催化剂加入量等因素对酯化反应的影响。最佳操作条件:催化剂焙烧温度400℃,反应温度120℃,醇酸摩尔比2/1,吸水剂与原料质量比1/14,反应时间2~3h,催化剂与原料质量比1/7。实验结果表明,USY712催化剂是替代液体酸合成十八碳烯酸甲酯的理想固体酸催化剂,且稳定性良好。
The esterification reaction performance over several kinds of liquid and solid acid catalysts was investigated.Solid acid catalyst USY( Si /Al mole ratio 12) is the best catalyst for synthesis of methyl oleate.The influences of calcination temperature of catalyst,ratio of methanol to oleic acid,quantities of water absorbent and catalyst on esterification performance were emphatically studied.The optimal operation conditions are catalyst calcination temperature,400 ℃;MeOH/OA mole ratio,2/1;mass ratio of water absorbent to reactant,1/14;reaction temperature,120 ℃;mass ratio of catalyst to reactant,1/7;and reaction time,2~3 h.USY712 with high stability is the best solid acid catalyst for the synthesis of methyl oleate.
