摘要
自史以来性病都是青壮年患率最高,本文收集了我市3家医疗单位1998年1月—1999年12月性病患者3329例。发现性病趋向老年人,这一传播特点涉及老年人的心身健康。本文特对此作了初步的调查研究探讨及建议,以期达到控制性病的传播与流行。资料和方法一、资料来源由本市3家医疗单位近2年确诊的性病患者共3329例。
Objective To characterize the transmission of venereal diseases to old people,and to offer mea- sures and suggestions to reduce the incidence of venereal diseases in the elderly.Methods The out-patient physicians inquired of,and registered,the patients with venereal diseases seeing the doctor,and filled in cards for survey and statistical analysis.Results From January 1998 to December 1999,3329 patients with venereal diseases were examined,of whom 1306 were old people,869 young and middle-aged,and 1154 children and ju- veniles,indicating a remarkable increase of venereal diseases in the aged.Conclusion The tendency of transmis- sion of venereal diseases to old people is due to various factors,including biological and social factors,which deserves great attention of government and public to control the diseases.
