摘要
目的观察修复虹膜根部断离的简便易行而且效果确切的手术方法。方法对15例（15眼）在手术显微镜下，以1ml注射器针头配合10-0单长针聚丙烯缝线修复虹膜根部断离。结果所有患者的虹膜根部断离均得到修复，瞳孔基本恢复圆形，视力、症状及外观得到显著改善。结论1ml注射器针头配合单长针聚丙烯缝线修复虹膜根部断离，操作简单易行，创伤小，效果确切。
Objective To observe the feasible and effective surgery for the treatment of iridodialysis. Methods Fifteen eyes of 15 cases with iridodialysis received management with single long needle polypropylene suture cooperater with 1 ml syringe needle under microscope. Results The efficacy of iridodialysis repairment in all cases were satisfactory. The pupils of all cases restored to circle after treatment. The visual acuity, symptoms and appearance were improved. Conclusion Iridodialysis repairment with single long needle polypropylene suture cooperater with 1 ml syringe needle can avoid the occurrence of monocular and improve cosmesis with less surgical injury.
