摘要
目的:观察火针联合二味拔毒散治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:收集60例满足纳入标准的受试者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例;其中观察组采用火针联合二味拔毒散外治,同时配合中药柴胡疏肝散加味方内服治疗;对照组采用威伐光联合1%喷昔洛韦软膏外治,同时配合西药伐昔洛韦片口服治疗。共治疗一个疗程12天,疗程结束后评定疗效。结果:在减轻疼痛强度、改善临床症状体征、加快皮损消退、降低后遗神经痛发生率以及提高综合疗效等方面,观察组均优于对照组。结论:火针联合二味拔毒散治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效确切,临床操作简便,值得临床推广。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of fire acupuncture combined with Erwei Badu powder in herpes zoster with stagnation of liver meridian. Methods ： Sixty subjects met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 30） and control group （ n = 30）. The control group was treated with 1% penciclovir ointment and western medicine valcielovir orally. A total of 12 days of treatment, the end of the course of treatment to evaluate the efficacy. Results： In reducing the intensity of pain, improving clinical symptoms and signs, speeding up the disappearance of skin lesions, reducing the residual nerve, the incidence of pain and the improvement of comprehensive efficacy were better in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion： The treatment of herpes zoster with fire acupuncture combined with Erwei Badu powder is effective, simple and worth popularizing.
