摘要
＂双一流＂建设是国家在高等教育领域内做出的一项重大改革决策,为我国未来高等教育的改革和发展描绘了一幅宏伟蓝图,也是我国高校及学科未来发展的目标。图书馆作为高校的教学、科研的重要辅助机构,在＂双一流＂建设背景下,高校图书馆应根据学校建设需求,调整图书馆信息资源建设的指导原则,优化信息资源建设路径,助力学校争创＂双一流＂建设的步伐。
＂Double-First Class＂ plan is a major reform decision made by the state in the field of higher education. It has described agrand blueprint for the reform and development of the future higher education in China, and it is also the goal of the future develop-ment of universities and disciplines in China. The library is an important auxiliary institution of teaching and scientific research inuniversity. Under the background of ＂Double-First Class＂ plan, the university library should adjust the guiding principles of the li-brary information resources construction according to the needs of the school construction, and optimize the path of information re-sources construction, and help schools strive to create a ＂Double-First Class＂ construction step.
