摘要
国有企业是国民经济发展的中坚力量。推动国有企业股权结构调整、股权多元化改革对构建现代企业制度具有重要意义。随着国有企业股份制改革的不断深入,利用投资基金调整国有企业股权结构,逐渐发展成为推动国资国企改革的一个重要路径。梳理总结国有企业股权结构调整发展历程,有利于进一步完善、发展这一有效路径在降低企业资产负债率、优化股权结构、增加资本效率等方面的重要作用,促进市场健康蓬勃发展。
State-owned enterprises are the backbones of national economic development. Promoting adjustments and diversifications of state-owned enterprises＇ capital structure is critical approaches for constructing modern management system. Along with the reforming processes of state-owned enterprises＇ capital structure, using investment funds as instruments for capital structure reformation has gradually become a popular approach. Promoting a review of historical events during state-owned enterprises＇ capital structure reform could reclaim and emphasize the significance of such reformation in terms of reducing asset-liability ratio, optimizing capital structure, increasing capital efficiency, etc., and eventually facilitate an increase in market efficiency.
