摘要
目的分析护理干预对肿瘤患者行PET/CT显像检查的图像质量影响,探讨有效的护理措施,提高图像质量。方法选择我院核医学科收治的130例行PET/CT显像检查的肿瘤患者作为研究对象,将患者按照随机对照分为观察组与对照组,每组65例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者针对影响图像质量的因素给予护理干预,观察两组患者的图像质量。结果观察组患者图像质量优良率为96.9%,高于对照组患者的87.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论有效的护理干预能够提高肿瘤患者行PET/CT显像检查的图像质量,从而为临床诊断及治疗提供重要依据。
Objective To analyze the efect of nursing intervention on image quality of tumor patients undergoing PET/CT examination, and explore the effective nursing measures,improve the image quality. Methods 130 tumor patients in the department of nuclear medicine of our hospital who undergoing PET/CT examination were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 65 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing, patients in observation group were given nursing intervention aiming at factors that afecting the image quality, Observed image quality of two groups. Results The rate of superior image quality in observation group was 96.9%, which was significantly higher than 87.7% in control group, the diference between two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Efective nursing intervention can improve the PET/CT image quality in tumor patients, thus provide an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
