摘要
安达市某猪场仔猪大批发病,病猪出现精神萎靡、呼吸困难、采食量下降、体温升高。为对该场病猪进行确诊,运用临床诊断和病理解剖等手段,初步诊断是猪链球菌和蓝耳病病毒的混合感染,病猪感染本病早产和死胎率达30%、死亡率可达80%。通过细菌学和PCR技术对放线杆菌、链球菌、猪瘟病毒、猪圆环病毒及蓝耳病病毒进行检测。发现血液琼脂培养基中出现针尖大小菌落,镜检为革兰氏阳性球菌,PCR检测蓝耳病病毒与链球菌为阳性,最终确诊为链球菌和蓝耳病病毒混合感染。通过对分离细菌进行药敏试验,结果显示,硫酸头孢喹肟、土霉素高度敏感。
A large number of swine farms in Anda City were attacked by a large number of pigs.The sick pigs were depressed, dyspnea, Loss of appetite and temperature rise. In order to carry out the diagnosis of the sick pig’s disease, by using sick pig, that is the initial mixed infec‐tion of Streptococcus suis and PRRS virus clinical diagnosis and pathological anatomy, the dis‐ease infection of premature or stillbirth rate was 30%, the rate of mortality up to 80%. By bac‐teriology and PCR detection techniques, the PCR detection of actinomycetes, Streptococcus, swine fever virus, porcine circovirus and blue ear disease virus was carried out. It was found that there were needle colony colonies in the blood agar medium, and gram positive cocci were found with microscope. PCR detected blue ear disease virus and streptococcus positive. The final diag‐nosis was the mixed infection of blue ear disease virus and Streptococcus. The drug sensitivity test of isolated bacteria showed that Cefoquinoxime sulfate and oxytetracycline were highly sen‐sitive.
