摘要
现代学徒制人才培养模式的推广给高职院校思想政治理论课带来了挑战,思政课要以教学改革创新来谋求课程持续发展。适应现代学徒制的特点和要求,创新思政课教学模式;依托"双主体"育人平台,拓宽思政课教学途径;利用"双导师"教学资源,建设"双师"协同育人队伍。增强思政课的实效性,为新时代培育有理想有本领有担当的新青年。
The promotion of modern apprenticeship talent training model has brought challenges to ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges,ideological and political theory courses should pursue the continuous development of curriculum with teaching reform and Innovation.Adapt to the characteristics and requirements of modern apprenticeship and innovate the ideological and political teaching model;relying on the ＂two main part＂ education platform,expanding the way of teaching Ideological and political education;Utilizing ＂double tutor＂ teaching resources to build ＂double teachers＂ cooperative education team,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
