摘要
为加强智慧城市顶层设计的管理,评估智慧城市顶层设计的合理性,监督智慧城市顶层设计的执行过程,面向国家部级、省级、市级智慧城市管理部门,对智慧城市顶层设计管理流程进行了梳理和分析;综合运用计算机、数据库、GIS等技术,开展了智慧城市顶层设计的可视化研究,研发了智慧城市顶层设计管理可视化系统,实现了智慧城市顶层设计申报、审核、评估、管理、展示的全周期、全流程跟踪管理;提升了顶层设计一体化管理以及成果可视化展示的能力,为智慧城市健康、高效建设提供重要保障。
Smart cities in China have recently developed rapidly and the number of smart cities is increasing. The top layer design is a guarantee of healthy and efficient construction of the smart city. In order to strengthen the smart city top layer design in terms of management, rationality, and implementation, a management process is developed in this study tbr all level adminstrative smart city management departments. Moreover, research on visualization of the top layer design is also carried oat. To change the traditional text form, an instant, interactive information presentation for smart city top level design is proposed which can help users understand and grasp the content of the design. On the basis of previous researches, a management and visualization system is finally developed to realize the whole management cycle of top level design including filling, reviewing, evaluating, querying and displaying. The system can greatly improve the management and visualization ability of the smart city top level design.
