乡村振兴战略下农村留守儿童教育与社会发展支持网络建构研究 被引量:6

Research on Construction of Education and Social Development Support Network of Rural Left-behind Children under Rural Revitalization Strategy

摘要 新时代乡村振兴战略的实施,有助于农村留守儿童步入良性的教育与社会发展轨道。但快速、过度的城镇化进程,却也带来了诸多问题。基于社会支持理论进行反思,认为问题的关键在于没有有效建构其社会支持网络系统。提出了建构乡村振兴战略实施中农村留守儿童"四位一体"的教育与社会发展支持网络系统模型:(1)大力实施乡村振兴战略,推进该网络系统重构;(2)着力农业农村优先发展,建立健全其保障制度,在积极推进农业农村现代化之中突破该网络系统建构的瓶颈;(3)全力推进城乡融合发展,协同家庭、学校、社区和社会四维主体,积极建构该网络系统,并融通其空隙。 In the new era,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy helps the rural left-behind children to enter the benign track of educational and social development. However,theprocess of rapid and excessive urbanization has brought many problems. Based on the reflection of social support theory,the paper holds that the key to the problem lies in the lack of effective construction of its social support network system.A model of the education and social development support network system for the"four-in-one"of rural left-behind children in the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is proposed in this paper:(1)In order to promote the reconstruction of the network system,the reconstruction of the social support network should be push forward.(2) The development of agricultural countryside should be given priority,its guarantee system should be established and improved,and the bottleneck of network system construction should be broke through in the process of actively promoting agricultural and rural modernization.(3) The harmonious developm ent of urban and rural areas should be fully boosted,and the four-dimensional subjects of families,schools,communities and society should be coordinated with to actively construct the network system and integrate its gap.
