夏热冬冷地区建筑外墙保温隔热技术探讨 被引量:4

Research on the Exterior Thermal Insulation Technology of Buildings in Hot-Summer and Cold-Winter Climate Zone

摘要 夏热冬冷地区相比较于其他气候区,其外墙保温隔热技术的要求更加复杂,目前主要采用的外墙外保温技术源自寒冷地区,并不适宜夏热冬冷地区实际情况,且存在一定安全隐患。外墙夹芯保温墙体技术符合装配式建筑发展的大趋势,其外层结构防护性能好,便于维修更换,基本可做到与建筑同寿命。同时,具有优异的防火和节能性能。目前应重点针对外墙夹芯保温墙体技术的隔热性能和密闭防水性能开展研究,进一步提升综合性能,实现建筑保温隔热技术的高质量发展。 Compared with other climatic zones, the requirements for exterior thermal insulation technology are more complex in hot-summer and cold-winter zone. The current exterior thermal insulation technology was derived from the cold region, which is not suitable for hot-summer and cold-winter region and exists certain security risks. Exterior sandwich thermal insulation technology accords with the development trend of prefabricated building. The exterior protective structure has not only remarkable performance but also convenient for replacing when it's broken. It lasts the same life-cyle as the building itself. Meanwhile, it has the excellent fireproof performance and energy-efficient performance. Currently, the performance of exterior sandwich insulation and airtight waterproofing should be researched further so as to enhance its comprehensive performance and achieve the high-quality development of the building thermal insulation technology.
