摘要
随着中国对外直接投资的快速增长,所占全球对外直接投资流量的比例不断攀升,在中国企业大规模走出去的同时,其对外直接投资的区位选择逐渐成为关注的焦点问题,围绕中国企业对外直接投资区位选择的相关问题,对现有文献从以下几个方面进行了梳理:一是企业对外直接投资区位选择理论的研究趋势;二是中国企业对外直接投资环境的评价研究;三是从微观的视角出发分析中国企业对外直接投资的动因、各种因素对于中国企业对外直接投资区位选择的影响与区位选择的决策,并提出今后需要进一步着重研究的内容与方向。
With rapid growth of China＇s foreign direct investment and the rising proportion of the global foreign direct investment flow,Chinese enterprises are going out on a large scale,and their location choice of foreign direct investment has gradually become the focus of attention.Around the problems related to the location selection of foreign direct investment in Chinese enterprises,the existing literature mainly explores the following aspects：firstly,the research trend of the location selection theory of enterprises＇ foreign direct investment;secondly,the evaluation and study of the foreign direct investment environment of Chinese enterprises;thirdly,analysis of the motivation of Chinese enterprises＇ foreign direct investment from the micro perspective and the influence of various factors on the location choice of Chinese enterprises＇ foreign direct investment and the decision of location selection.This article mainly sorts out the existing literature from these aspects,and finally,on the basis of summarizing the existing literature,puts forward the contents and directions that need to be further studied in the future.
