摘要
无刺甘蓝豆(Andira inermis(Wright)DC.)是热带地区优质用材树种。实验研究了无刺甘蓝豆种子萌发特性、脱水耐性和储藏特性。结果表明:无刺甘蓝豆的最适萌发温度为35℃;去种皮有利于种子的萌发,其萌发率为93.33%;种子萌发率随含水量降低而降低,当含水量降为31.76%时,萌发率为3.33%;4℃条件下保存无刺甘蓝豆种子2个月失去活性;保存在15℃条件下种子发芽率随保存时间的增加而降低。无刺甘蓝豆是一种顽拗性种子。
Andira inermis（Wright） DC.is widely distributed in tropical regions with high values as timber species.This study aimed to explore the germination conditions,desiccation tolerance and storage characteristics of its seeds.The results showed that the optimal germination temperature is 35 ℃.The germination rate was strengthened by stripping of the seed coat and up to 93.33% but decreased when the water content in seed is reduced.The germination rate was only 3.33% when water content reduced to 31.76%.There is no germination activity after 2 months storing at 4 ℃.In addition,the seed germination rate reduced as the increase of storage time at 15 ℃.Therefore,it can be concluded that the seeds of Andria inermis belongs to the type of recalcitrant seeds.
