摘要
通过分析柳州市县两级气象影视节目的现状,找出制约县级气象影视节目发展的不利因素,引入经济学上的"集约化"发展思路,成功开展柳城县气象影视节目的试点工作,提出开展市县两级气象影视节目集约化发展的思路及做法。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of weather movies and television programs at county level and municipal level, the paper first investigated the constraints in the development of weather movies and television programs at the county level; intensity in the field of economy was then successfully introduced to a pilot project in Liucheng County; finally, suggestions and practice for the intensive development of weather movies and television programs at both county level and municipal level were presented.
