摘要
就国内外基于信息化平台护理绩效考核的软件开发、指标采集、区域协同发展等进行综述,指出目前存在的问题有:缺乏统一的护理信息化标准;数据收集不稳定;绩效数据的价值未充分开发;护理特殊岗位的分配指标界定模糊;考核系统设计局限性等。提出解决对策以及阐明对我国护理绩效考核信息化的启示。
This article reviewed software development, index collection, and the regional coordinated development of nursing performance assessment based on the informatization platform. The following existing problems were pointed out： the lack of unified nursing informatization standards, instable data collection. The value of the performance data is not fully developed. The assigned index of special position for nursing is vague. There were limitations for the design of nursing performance assessment system. This paper put forward to the countermeasures and illustrated the implications of the informatization of nursing performance assessment in China.
