摘要
目的为了探讨土壤增施不同量生物质炭对牛膝植株生长和根有效成分含量的影响。方法通过盆栽的方法,在土壤中添加0(对照)、1%、2%、4%的生物质炭,比较不同处理牛膝植株性状和β-蜕皮甾酮含量变化。结果施入生物质炭能提高牛膝株高、茎粗、根长和根粗,减少叶片数和主茎分支数,根中β-蜕皮甾酮含量增加;添加4%生物质炭处理牛膝根干重和鲜重分别增加22.28%和21.82%;添加2%和4%生物质炭处理牛膝根中β-蜕皮甾酮含量比对照增加增加15.32%、28.47%。结论土壤中添加生物炭能促进牛膝植株生长,增加干重和提高牛膝β-蜕皮甾酮含量。
Objective To study the effect of biochar on the growth and effective components of Achyranthes bidentata Blume. Methods Pot experiment is conducted to study the effect of biochar on plant characteristic and β-ecdysteron of Achyranthes bidentata. Results The plant height, stem diameter, root length and root diameteris increased, leaf number and branch number of main stem is decreased, the β-ecdysteron content of root is increased when adding biochar to soil, the dry weight and fresh weight of root increased 22.28 % and 21.82 % of 4 % biochar treatment, the β-ecdysteron content of 2 % biochar and 4 % biochar treatment is higher 15.32 % and 28.47 % than non biochar treatment. Conclusion Biochar can promote the growth and dry weight, and increase the content β-ecdysteron of Achyranthes bidentata.
